Since 1982, Julio Garcia has dedicated his time to teach, coach and implement the constant improvement philosophy learned while being part of the Ford Valencia Engine Plant Launch Team back in 1974, having as main task and objective to develop the Production Supplier Base, previously assuring or sticking to the QA Rules, following the Ford Q101 Quality Operating System.
The natural evolution of the initial scope as consultant leaded to become key part of daily business Crisis Management and Problem Solving resolutions actions.
Today, the company created by Julio Garcia in 1982, Integrale Consulting, has become a reference in the Automotive Industry providing first class support and solutions in all aspects of the production stream mapping, from APQP to final product issues.
