Tony founded Optimum Yield Solutions (OYS)Ltd. in the spring of 2015.
Since then, he has spent the majority of his time consulting for Laing O'Rourke (LOR), a major U.K. infrastructure company on a ground breaking modular housing project.
During this time, he has supported LOR with robotic technology selection and application, automation techniques, manufacturing engineering and operations consulting services.
Tony is a senior manufacturing and operations professional with over 25 years experience leading and managing large scale production environments at both UK and European sites for a major global vehicle producer. He has extensive knowledge and experience of lean
manufacturing, maintenance engineering, safety leadership, budget and cost control, quality systems, project management &
collaborative change management. A strong leader with excellent communication skills at all levels and a proven track record of
