Miguel Tajada, Julio García and others founded the Integrale Lean Solutions S.L. in January 2016. This new company is a spin off from Integrale Consulting.
Miguel and Julio are responsible for direct consulting and coordination of other Team members and experts when required.
Until 2015, Miguel was the Plant Manager of Ford Valencia Engine Plant, producing high daily volumes of advance gasoline engines for many worldwide customers in both premier and high demanding brands i.e. Ford, Mazda, Lincoln, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.
Valencia Engine Plant Customers Satisfaction in terms of quality, delivery and cost has always been at the highest range on their plant results, performance and achievements.
Valencia Engine Plant best practices is being considered a Benchmark in the Manufacturing Automotive Industry.
During Miguel´s career of 41 years with Ford throughout his many responsibilities in all manufacturing areas and assignments included in other Ford countries locations he has been recognized as a leader in Lean Manufacturing.
Under Miguel’s leadership Valencia Engine Plant has been recognized as a best in class in Lean Manufacturing implementation.
