Karl Anton founded the consulting company in 2017.
He is responsible for individual consulting and coordinates a network of experts.
Until 2017, he was head of Ford's vehicle production in Europe which includes the German Ford locations in Cologne and Saarlouis, as well as vehicle and engine production facilities at the Ford joint venture partner Sollers in Russia. Production of vehicles and engines in South Africa was also his areas of responsibility. He was the founder and managing director of AIS (Automotiv Industry Support), which is a separate legal manufacturing entity for the assembly of JIT components in the Supplier Parks of the German Ford Plants. He started his career at Ford in 1983 as an electrical engineer for robotics and automation. Between 1983 and 1997 he held various positions in Germany, Belgium and England. From 1997, leadership positions followed in the areas of product development, quality, logistics and then again in production.
After numerous new vehicle launches in several European Ford plants, he became the director for New Model Launch and Production Quality. His core competences include, among others, the topics production systems and quality systems as well as change management and the restructuring of European production plants.
