Karl Anton founded the consulting company in 2017.

He is responsible for direct consulting and coordinates a network of experts in the field of e-mobility and mirco-mobility in his function as partner of PEM-Motion and in the BoD of Automobility Einterprises

 

Until 2017, he was Director of Ford Vehicle Manufacturing in Europe at the sites. He was also responsible for overseeing vehicle and engine manufacturing at Ford's joint venture partner Sollers in Russia.

Manufacturing in South Africa was also part of his responsibilities.

He was founder and managing director of AIS (Automotiv Industry Support), which operates the assembly of JIT components in the industrial parks of Ford's German plants.

He started his career at Ford in 1983 as an electrical engineer for robotics and automation. Between 1983 and 1997 he held various positions in Germany, Belgium and England.

From 1997 onwards, he held management positions in the areas of product development, quality, logistics and subsequently again in production.

After numerous vehicle start-ups in several European Ford plants, he was appointed Director of Model Start-ups and Manufacturing Quality.

His core competencies include production systems, quality systems, vehicle start-ups and model changes, as well as restructuring of the European production sites.
